Story:

When I was a human, things weren't going too well. My mother had just passed, my brothers and sisters all moved away with their families, and I was being forced by my father to marry a man, whome I loathed completely. One day, I had had enough. I ran to the nearest cliff and was prepared to jump. Before I could, though, someone grabbed me and knocked me out. I cannot remember much about what happened then, but I do remember the burning. The constant burning that felt like it lasted an eternity. I awoke to my love, Marcus, who to this day loves me like no other man has ever loved me in my 1000 years.
